1. Q: When do I get my next batch of DocMails?

A: Your next batch of DocMails will be available on the first day of your new credit period. DocMail credits are added to your account at the same time your account was initially created. If you want to know exactly when you will get your credits, ask your CSM! 

To check how many DocMails your team has remaining and to see what day you will receive your next batch of DocMails, you can visit your reports page.

2. Q: How does the Click Thru Guarantee (CTG) work?

A: DocMails sent with jobs that include 'Estimated compensation' are eligible for the Click Thru Guarantee (CTG). If a clinician doesn't click on a DocMail within 10 days of it being sent, that DocMail will be credited back to your account to use again. This only applies when 'Estimated compensation' is included within the attached Job Template. If compensation was not included in the Job Template of the sent message, you will not receive the additional credit. You can read more about the Click Thru Guarantee here

3. Q: How do my DocMails roll over from month-to-month?

A: Any unused DocMail credits will roll over month to month up to 2X your monthly DocMail allotment. The easiest way to think about this is that as long as your DocMail balance is at or below or your monthly allotment on the last day of your credit period, the full balance will roll over and you won't forfeit any of your DocMail credits. 

For example, if you receive 100 DocMails per month, then you will need to have 100 DocMails or less on the last day of your credit period in order to roll over all of your DocMails. We recommend adding a recurring calendar reminder on the second to last day of your credit period to check your balance of DocMails and make sure you are sending all of your DocMails out.

4. Q: How do I add/remove users on my account?

A: As your team changes, you may want to remove users, add users, and re-assign content. Note: Only Admins are able to make changes to team members. This article will walk you through how to add/remove users from your Talent Finder account.
 

5. Q: Can I download a list of all of my sent DocMails?

A: Yes! If you go to the Reports page in Doximity Talent Finder, you will see a DocMails tab. Here you will be able to see all DocMails sent, or you can download a spreadsheet will all DocMails sent for a given time period, up to 120 days prior.

6. Q: Can I download my leads? 

A: Yes! On the Reports page in Doximity Talent Finder, you’ll find a Leads tab where you can download leads from the past six months. With an Admin account, you’ll not only be able to download your own leads, but also your team’s leads from the past six months.
