Why We Set Goals Together
Establishing goals is the most important step in ensuring you get the maximum value from Talent Finder. This process allows us to:
- Define Success: We will set mutually agreed-upon definitions of what "success" looks like for your organization.
- Create a Roadmap: We will establish a clear path to achieve your goals, identifying key responsibilities for both your team and the Client Success team.
- Measure What Matters: We will define the specific metrics that will be used to measure progress and success throughout your subscription.
Preparing for Your Goal-Setting Conversation
To make the most of this partnership, it's helpful to consider the following questions before your first meeting with your CSM.
Evaluating Your Current Process
- How do I currently evaluate the physician outreach and sourcing tools I use?
- What specific metrics are most important to me?
- Do I focus on engagement metrics (like Click-Through Rates)?
- Do I focus on utilization metrics (like the total volume of messages sent or the frequency of feature use)?
Defining Our Partnership
- How frequently do I want to check in with my Client Success Manager (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly)?
- What is my preferred method of contact (e.g., email, phone, video call)?
What Happens Next
Once you and your CSM have established these goals, they will formalize this strategy by:
