Reports Overview

Your Reports page gives you all the information you need to stay on top of your DocMail activity, including current DocMail availability, a running log of all sent DocMails, Click Thru performance insights, and downloadable reports.

Here are a few ways we recommend using the Reports page:

  • Get in the habit of running a 30-day report every month to take a look back at your previous credit period’s activity and successes.
  • Download your lead report regularly to update your ATS and ensure that you didn't miss connecting with a potential candidate.
  • Run 1-day reports to capture your activity that day, and use the recipient column to easily enter relevant candidate information into your organization’s ATS or CRM system, or you can send the candidate lists to your clients as an activity report for their reference.
  • Run your own subject line analysis using the Subject Line and Click Thru columns looking for any patterns in higher-performing subject lines.

Account admins: run all of the above reports to analyze activity across your entire team. Admins can use these reports to identify top performance activity and share their successful approach with the rest of the team. To learn about your Monthly Talent Finder Insights report, click here
