Talent Finder offers downloadable leads reports that include DocMail responses and Job Post inquiries from the past 6 months. To access your Lead Report, navigate to the Reports tab at the top of the page, toggle to Leads, select your desired date range, and click Download. The report will download as a CSV file.
We recommend downloading this report monthly to help you stay on top of your lead activity. For access to data beyond the 6-month window, please reach out to your CSM.
This article provides an overview of the report and defines each column header to help you better understand and analyze your results.
Once your report is downloaded, you can use the following definitions to better understand each column:

| NPI | Candidate's NPI number |
| Active State Licenses | Current active state medical licenses |
| Primary Location | Current locations clinician practices in |
| Credential | Candidate credential |
| Specialty | Primary Specialty |
| Subspecialties | Subspecialties |
| Communication Choice | How they prefer you to communicate with them, either personal contact info or through Doximity |
| Preferred Email | Their preferred email address if provided |
| Preferred Phone | Their preferred phone number if provided |
| Text Preferred | Phone contact preference of text or call |
| Internal Job Titles | Your Internal Job Title |
| Internal Job ID | Your Internal Job ID |

| Lead Context | DocMail Reply or Job Post Inquiry noted |
