At the beginning of each month, you will receive an email with a link to access your Account Insights Report. Once you click on the link in the email to access your report, you will be sent a OTP (one-time password) to access the report. Here is how it works:
- Invite Email:
- You will receive an email titles: Your Doximity Talent Finder Account Insights Report
- The email includes a Click to View link to access the report
- Requesting an OTP:
- Clicking Click to View opens a password request page
- Enter your email and click Sent OTP Now
- Receiving the OTP:
- The OTP arrives by email and is valid for 30 minutes
- Accessing The Report:
- Enter the OTP on the password page
- Once entered, the report can be viewed for 20 hours before requiring a new OTP
- If the OTP expires, the user can request a new one from the same page
You can also bookmark the link in the email to access the report at any time.
This report is generated and provides insights on the current team members' activity over the current and past quarter (if a member was removed from your account, their data will not be reflected in this report).
