We are excited to introduce a new look and feel, along with enhancements to the Talent Finder search.
This guide will walk you through the changes and help you get familiar with the updated functionality
RUNNING A SEARCH
We’ve updated and made it easier now for you to run and refine searches from one page. Additionally, you can create unlimited tabs within the search, making it easier to look at different demographics to target the best candidates
SELECTING YOUR FILTERS
- You still have all the same filters you had before (plus some new ones we'll discuss below!)
- You can still add and remove filters with the “+” and “-” toggles
- We have placed the most common filters at the top, with a drop-down to access all the others.
- Now, when you click “Run Search,” your results show up in the right-hand column, with the ability to refine, view profiles, add to lists, and send DocMails still at your fingertips.
VIEWING YOUR RESULTS
Click Run Search to view your results. To message up to 50 people, use the "Select first 50" toggle or pick individuals via the profile preview. When ready, close the preview and select Compose or Add to List. Our new infinite pagination makes it easy to browse your entire list without clicking through pages.
Saving to lists and sending your DocMails are the same workflow; the buttons have just moved up into the search toolbar.
