Based on feedback from clients like you, we have added the ability to include a scheduling link in your Talent Finder recruiter profile.
Instead of trying to coordinate a date & time to speak with a clinician through back-and-forth messages, they can now schedule time with you directly from your scheduling link.
What is a scheduling link?
A scheduling link is a link that, when clicked, will display your calendar availability for a call. When a clinician clicks your scheduling link, they will be able to see the dates & times you are available for a call and can schedule directly from that page. Currently, we support Calendly, Appointlet, and Acuity, which are all free appointment scheduling tools that sync with your calendar and can be used to streamline call scheduling with clinicians.
How can I get a scheduling link? Do I need to create an account?
Yes, you will need to create a free account using any of the following tools: Calendly, Appointlet, and Acuity. It will only take a few minutes to do and will save you a great deal of time in the long run when it comes to scheduling calls with physicians.
We've included a few video tutorials for each tool that walk you through setting up an account.

- How to Set Up a Free Appointlet Account
- How to Set Up a Free Acuity Account
Once you create an account, all you have to do is simply copy and paste your scheduling link into your Talent Finder recruiter profile. We walk you through this below.
How do I add a scheduling link to my recruiter profile?
1. Once logged into Talent Finder, click the arrow by your Profile photo and click Profile.
2. Once on the Profile page, click Edit.
3. Scroll down on your profile until you see Direct Scheduling Link. You can copy & paste your scheduling link into this field, and it will be displayed on your profile for clinicians to view.
How will my scheduling link appear to clinicians?
When a clinician applies to one of your jobs or responds to a DocMail you sent, they will have the option to schedule time with you directly.
Once a clinician applies to a job, they will receive a pop up asking them if they would like more information and providing a space for them to enter their contact information. They will also have the option to schedule a call with you directly (if you have included your scheduling link in your profile) as you can see in the screenshot below.
Will I be notified if a clinician clicks to schedule time with me?
Yes. You will receive an email notification from the scheduling tool you use (Calendly, Appointlet, or Acuity) once a clinician clicks your scheduling link.
