We are updating the DocMail send process in order to provide you more clarity and detail around the messages you are sending to clinicians.
Previously, you would receive a message banner while in Doximity Talent Finder when your DocMail messages had been sent (below).
With our new update, you will receive an email to your Inbox with more information around your DocMail sends. The message will let you know how many of your messages were sent successfully.
Here is an example of how the email will appear:
The email will also let you know if any DocMail messages were not sent successfully and the reason(s) why.
